The developer of the App and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “we”, “us” or “our”) provide this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to your access and use of the mobile applications named Truth Runner (“App”) to help you understand what information we collect, how we use such information, and the recipients with whom we share such information. The App and any data, products, services and associated materials or media supplied with the App are collectively referred to as the “Services”.
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and made a part of the End User License Agreement, which governs your use of the Services and limits our liability to you. Please note that if our third-party partner stop collecting your personal information, the advertisements you see will be less relevant to you, but the number of them will not change. |

l Communications Notifications You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from us by following the instructions in those communications or by emailing us at feedback@urmodelwing.com. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as those about our ongoing business relations. With your consent, we may send promotional and non-promotional push notifications or alerts to your mobile device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device.
l Your California Privacy Rights California law permits residents of California to request certain details about how their information is shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes. G. WHAT ABOUT CHILDREN’S PERSONAL INFORMATION
The Services are not intended for children under the age of 18. Children under the age of 18 must not use the Services for any purpose without first obtaining legally valid parental/guardian consent to this Privacy Policy (both for themselves and on your behalf). We do not knowingly collect personal information from any children under the age of 18 without such consent. We will take reasonable steps to delete such personal information as soon as possible if we learn we have collected any personal information from any children under the age of 18 without any parental/guardian consent.
